1. Exchange & Return (Withdrawal) Period and Procedure

  • Change of mind: Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Incorrect or defective product: Within 3 months of receipt or within 30 days of noticing the issue (whichever occurs first).
  • How to Apply
    Submit your order number and reason via the Customer Service (Unified Board) at the bottom of the homepage. Mark the provided RMA number clearly on the shipping invoice and the outer box before sending.

3. Non-returnable/Exchangeable Conditions: Returns or exchanges will be refused under the following conditions

  • Exceeding the permitted request period.
  • Product damage or loss caused by the customer (excluding packaging opened to check the contents).
  • Significantly reduced product value due to packaging damage (e.g., food, cosmetics, perfumes).
  • Noticeable reduction in product value due to use or partial consumption (e.g., label/tag removal).
  • Significant value depreciation making resale difficult.
  • Custom-made products per customer request (with prior written consent).
  • Damage to the packaging of replicable products (CDs/DVDs/books, etc.).

4. Refund Processing

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 3 business days from the seller’s receipt of the returned product.
  • Delayed Refund Compensation: If refunds are unjustifiably delayed, statutory compensation for delay applies (up to 40% annual rate).
  • Customs & VAT Refunds (International Returns): Buyers may apply for customs duties and VAT refunds per customs regulations, bearing the cost of application and processing.

6. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated due to changes in relevant laws or service policies. Any updates will be posted on our website at least 7 days in advance.
