Martina Gebhardt’s Baobab Foot Bath Salt is the ideal cleansing care for your feet, not only in summer. Salt helps combat unpleasant odors and, thanks to its deep cleansing properties, it is also a great tool for fighting mold. The herbal extracts it contains refresh your feet and provide a pleasant feeling of lightness.
The main herbal ingredient is baobab tree extract, which is excellent for treating dry skin, but has many more beneficial effects. The extract contains a significant antibacterial effect, making it an appropriate additional treatment for mycosis and at the same time an effective preventive role. An equally important ingredient is sage extract, which doubles the benefits of baobab itself. But sea salt itself is essential, as in addition to its cleansing properties, it relaxes muscles, softens hardened skin, and helps remove toxins. These bath salts help eliminate mycoses and unpleasant odors.
Directions: Put 3 spoons of salt in a cup and fill it with hot water. Let the salt dissolve for about 5 minutes. Pour water into the basin and cover your legs. At least to the ankle and ideally to mid-calf. Put your foot in it and pour the dissolved salt into the cup.
