How to consume

Pour 35g (about 4-5 spoons) of muesli onto a plate. Pour in 90ml of cold or warm whole milk, mix well and leave for 5 minutes. When preparing with warm milk, allow to cool to a suitable temperature for consumption (approximately 38 °C).
