The history of Pauli began in 1922 at a small bakery in Verona, Italy.
Ruggero Bauli learned the techniques and secrets of traditional Italian baking at a small bakery in Verona.
It was then that Christmas bread became the most famous.
Italie’s Pandoro di Verona was born here.
In 2000, Bauli began expanding into the international market.
Nowadays, some items can be found in Korea as well.
