Mapalde pasta is short and has ridges that remain intact even after cooking.
Can be combined with the most delicate sauces.
This product is made from the highest quality durum wheat semolina.
Produced in the Veneto region of Italy.
Recipe:
Boil 1 liter of water per 100g of pasta and gently stir the pasta for the first 5 minutes.
Boil for 8 minutes for al dente or up to 10 minutes for very soft pasta.
Then drain the water and cook to taste.
