Second fine stage (ceramic) Suitable for both fine grinding after the first stage and regular polishing of the blade – provides a polished sharp edge.

Available for serrated and serrated blades (ceramic fine grades only)

Safe and easy to use

Using a sander: Place the sander on a flat work surface. Hold the sharpener with one hand and the knife handle with the other. Insert the back end of the knife blade into the groove with the sanding blade at a 90° angle, then apply slight pressure to the blade and pull the blade all the way out. Always repeat this from the back end of the blade through the carbide or ceramic groove to the tip (never back and forth). For the best possible results, you should clean your blades before and after sharpening them. After using the sharpener, clean it with a damp cloth or soft brush and wipe away any moisture. Do not rinse under running water.
