A very fine sea salt made without any other ingredients, used to add the final flavor to already cooked foods. This special salt is bright white with pink highlights. It is slightly moist, has a slightly fragrant taste, and is rich in natural minerals and trace elements because it is raw. 100% natural product. Due to natural conditions, they can only be harvested for a few months a year and a few hours a day, making these salt flowers sink to the bottom, making them rare.

Sun-kissed sea salt in Ibiza

Sal de Ibiza focuses on tableware products made from 100% sea salt of the highest quality. The salt comes exclusively from the Parc Nutural de ses Salines dÉivissa nature reserve, which has salt fields (salpans) that are over 2700 years old.

After evaporating the water, the salt obtained from the salt pan undergoes no other process other than slowly drying in the sun and then being finely ground in ancient millstones. Sal de Ibiza salt contains no preservatives or other artificially added substances and is not refined in any way. Thanks to gentle processing methods, it retains more than 80 important minerals and trace elements.

Large salt crystals are traditionally ground in a flour mill to the desired coarseness. Sal de Ibiza divides roughness into four levels.

Molino: The coarsest sea salt crystals for Molinillo salt mills.

Grano: Coarse-grained kitchen sea salt, suitable for brining potatoes, pasta or rice, for example.

Granito: Medium grain sea salt, served in a decorative cardboard salt shaker and served in Granito mix.

Fina: The best kitchen sea salt, perfect for flavoring soups, sauces or fish.
