Recipe recommendation
1. Red Thai chicken curry. Cooking time: 13-16 minutes
Materials:
280g chicken, cut into about 4 equal 4cm cubes. 60g green beans, whole. Cut 60g of baby corn in half lengthwise.
Method:
1. Heat 15ml of oil in a pan, add diced chicken, and fry in the pan for 5-6 minutes until the chicken turns golden brown.
2. Add green beans and corn along with the sauce bottle. Simmer gently for 8-10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
3. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
Do not reheat.
Enjoy it with warm rice!
Button mushrooms, peppers, green beans, and corn can be substituted without meat.
