How to use:

Use on dry skin before showering. Do not use while showering.

Following the included instructions, start at the feet and brush upward, slowly stroking clockwise toward the heart.

– Legs – Sweep from the feet through the calves, knees, thighs, and up to the buttocks.

– Arms – Starting with the right hand, moving to the forearm and continuing up to the shoulder.

– Abdomen – Starting from the lower right side, massage upward towards the ribs.

– Décolleté – Massage from the neck to the décolleté and up to the chest.
