The shape evokes this maritime inspiration.
This conchilli pasta is flavored with the addition of black carrots, spinach, beetroot, and turmeric for rich color and intense flavor.
Recipe:
Boil 1 liter of water per 100g of pasta and gently stir the pasta for 5 minutes.
Boil for 8 minutes for al dente or up to 10 minutes for very soft pasta.
Then drain the water and cook to taste.
